If you’re here, you may be at a point where something in your life no longer fits — even if you can’t quite put your finger on it yet.
Life transitions can show up as a loss of confidence, uncertainty about direction, or a sense that you’re ready for a new chapter but don’t know how to begin.

Life doesn’t always change on a neat timeline.
Sometimes it shifts quietly. Sometimes it turns everything upside down.
You may find yourself questioning your direction, confidence, identity, or energy — even when, on the surface, things look “fine.” Life & Transitions Coaching offers supportive, grounded space to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
This work is about reinvention without pressure — supporting you through change with clarity, compassion, and realism.

Many women come to this work when they’re experiencing:
You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support.
You just need to feel that the life you’re living no longer fully fits.

I offer whole-person, non-clinical coaching that supports you through change in a way that is grounded and sustainable — not rushed or performative.
My approach is:
This is not about fixing you or pushing you into someone new.
It’s about helping you reconnect with who you already are — and who you’re becoming.

Life & Transitions Coaching may be right for you if;
You don’t need a clear goal before we begin.
Clarity often comes through the process.

Lasting change usually happens over time, not in one conversation.
Packages allow space for reflection, integration, and support between sessions — which is especially important during fertility challenges or major life transitions.
That said, one-off Clarity Sessions are available if you’d like focused, short-term support.
