I’m Caroline — a Transformation Coach supporting women through fertility challenges and life transitions, who knows what it feels like to navigate loss, uncertainty, and life being turned upside down.

I’ve worked in multiple careers, reinvented myself more than once, transformed my body, and after years of unexplained infertility, became a first-time mum to twins at 51.

That journey taught me something powerful: support isn’t about positivity — it’s about presence, clarity, and compassion.

It’s why I created The Re-Invention Room — so women don’t have to walk these transitions alone.

I support women facing fertility struggles, rebuilding in midlife, and finding themselves again after everything. I combine lived experience with professional training — as a Certified Life Coach, NLP and Hypnotherapy practitioner — to help you move from overwhelm to clarity and from self-doubt to confidence.
