Fertility Coaching

Fertility Coaching Support

Fertility challenges can quietly take over your life.
They affect not only your body, but your emotions, confidence, relationships, and sense of who you are.

Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating IVF, living with uncertainty, or questioning what comes next, fertility coaching offers compassionate, non-medical support during one of life’s most vulnerable transitions.

This work is not about fixing you.
It’s about supporting you — emotionally, mentally, and practically — through whatever stage of your fertility journey you’re in.

You’re not imagining how hard this is!

Fertility struggles often bring:

  • Constant waiting and uncertainty
  • Loss of trust in your body
  • Emotional exhaustion and overwhelm
  • Strain on relationships
  • A sense of being “stuck” while life moves on around you

Many women tell me they feel they have to stay strong, stay positive, or cope quietly.
You don’t.

You deserve support that recognises the human experience behind the medical process.

My approach

I offer whole-person, non-medical fertility coaching that complements — not replaces — any clinical care you may be receiving.

My work is:

  • Gentle and compassionate
  • Nervous-system aware
  • Grounded in real life (not pressure or positivity)
  • Focused on emotional resilience, clarity, and self-trust

I don’t diagnose, advise on treatment, or promise outcomes.
Instead, I support you to feel more resourced, informed, and steady, whatever your path looks like.

Who this support is for?

Fertility coaching may be right for you if:

  • You’re trying to conceive naturally or with medical support
  • You’re preparing for, in the middle of, or recovering from IVF or other treatments
  • You feel emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, or burned out
  • You’re struggling with waiting, loss of control, or repeated disappointment
  • You want support beyond appointments and test results
  • You want to feel more like yourself again — not just a fertility patient

You don’t need a diagnosis.
You don’t need to be at a particular stage.
You just need support.

How fertility coaching can help?

Together, we may focus on:

  • Emotional regulation and stress support
  • Coping with uncertainty, waiting, and setbacks
  • Rebuilding trust in your body and yourself
  • Exploring identity shifts and self-worth
  • Supporting decision-making without pressure
  • Improving communication and boundaries with partners, family, and work
  • Feeling more grounded — regardless of outcome

This is a space where you don’t have to perform optimism or explain yourself.

Pricing & Practical FAQs

Why do you offer packages rather than just single sessions?

Lasting change usually happens over time, not in one conversation.
Packages allow space for reflection, integration, and support between sessions — which is especially important during fertility challenges or major life transitions.

That said, one-off Clarity Sessions are available if you’d like focused, short-term support.

Do you offer a free introductory session?

Yes. I offer a free, no-pressure 20-minute intro session so we can connect, talk through what you’re facing, and see whether coaching feels like the right fit before you commit.

There’s no obligation to continue.

How much does coaching cost?

Support is offered through one-off sessions and ongoing coaching packages:

One Off  Clarity Sessions: from £65

Ongoing coaching packages: typically range from £220 – £560, depending on the level of support and duration.

We’ll talk through options during the free intro session so you can decide what feels right for you.

Do I need to commit straight away?

No.
There’s no pressure to book during or after the intro session. You’re welcome to take time to reflect before deciding.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available for coaching packages and can be discussed during the intro session.

Do you offer reduced fees or concessions?

I aim to keep my work as accessible as possible while remaining sustainable.
If cost is a concern, you’re welcome to raise this during the intro session and we can explore options together.

Is this therapy or medical fertility support?

No. Coaching is non-medical and non-therapeutic.

I don’t diagnose, offer medical advice, or replace clinical or mental-health care. Coaching can be used alongside fertility treatment or therapy as additional support.

How long are sessions and where do they take place?

Sessions are 60 minutes and held online, making them accessible wherever you’re based.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. All sessions are confidential and held in a respectful, professional space.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in transition — and you want supportive space to think, feel, and move forward — coaching may be helpful.

The free intro session is the best place to explore this together.
